Our Commitment

Inprint Group Ltd (and all companies related) is committed to the principals of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the elimination of modern slavery.  We have a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.

As an equal opportunities’ employer, we are committed to creating a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for all our staff.  We have taken various steps to ensure that our business is free from slavery, human trafficking and forced labour.

Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK.  Any external employment agencies used by Inprint Group Ltd must comply with the legal regulations required. Our minimum recruitment age is 18.

We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective procedures and all employees who are responsible for recruitment and staff welfare will carry out internal training on all employment policies, including Modern Slavery.

All our employees have a written contract of which they have entered into of their own free will and we comply with the rules and regulations regarding The National Minimum Wage.

Our employees are provided with safe working conditions and working hours are closely monitored to ensure no excessive working hours.

We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, who knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, human trafficking and forced labour. If we find that other individuals or organisations working on our behalf have breached this policy, we will ensure that we take appropriate action.
